At every guest check out, the room will be sanitized by misting, so you will find your room with our seal of guarantee according with cleaning and disinfection protocols, which ensures clean and sanitized spaces. Your rest is our goal!

SARS CoV2 – COVID-19 TEST PROTOCOL

Derived from the global contingency due to SARS CoV2 - COVID-19, there are different measures determined by each Country and in order to reduce the risks of spread, a COVID viral test is required to entry in some countries. Travllers must present a negative COVID Test results when boarding a flight.

Mexico has implemented different actions in conjunction with every state and local authorities and at Cancun Bay, we are particularly focused to provide a pleasseant and safe stay and return to home, that is why we have options to suggest you for Antigens or PCR test at the property or at a Laboratory

Test will be available at the hotel and will be atended for a profesional , Guest must Schedule the appointment for test 24 hts before and 72 hrs before check out day.

For positve test cases, we will bring acomodation at hotel at special rates with 15% OFF over web page rates.
